A Mall Supervisor in a community mall is varied and requires a broad range of skills.
Aside
Aside from managing the daily operations of the mall, a Mall Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that tenants are satisfied with their leasing arrangements, that the mall is fully staffed, and that the safety and security of the mall’s visitors and employees is maintained.
In order to achieve these goals, a Mall Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. They must also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. They must be able to work collaboratively with tenants to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and to implement marketing and promotional activities that will drive traffic to the mall.

Requirements
- College graduates with operations experience and expertise are preferred.
Facilities Supervisor

As a Facilities Supervisor, you are assigned to lead the following:
Monitor
- Monitors/visits assigned repairs in any branches to ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications to avoid back jobs.
- Carry out quality inspection site and quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
- Monitor workers / laborers on project progress.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or mechanical Engineering.
- Must have at least 1-2 year experience in facilities maintenance and property management.
Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you are assigned to assist the following:- Ensuring
- Ensuring that all areas within community mall vicinity are safe for everyone.
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas within community mall premises such as hallways and, restrooms, as well as individual stores and offices.
- Involves monitoring for potential hazards such as spills or debris in walkways, as well as keeping emergency exits clear and accessible.
